How do I get verified as an officer?

Open the app and tap Verify on the home screen. You can either upload a photo of your department ID (manually reviewed within one business day), or register with a verified .gov or approved-agency work email for instant fast-track verification.

How do I delete my account?

Open Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, notes, training progress, verification uploads, and sessions in a single transaction. The action cannot be undone.

Can I use Watch Commander outside Ohio?

Yes — case law, federal resources, training videos, and the report writer work in every state. Statutory (ORC) content is currently Ohio-only; additional states are coming. The state picker still lets you switch jurisdictions for the parts of the app that support it.

Where is my data stored? Do you sell it?

Your data is stored on our own servers and is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers, brokers, or any third party. The full inventory is visible in-app under Profile → Privacy & Data. We use no tracking SDKs, no advertising IDs, and no third-party analytics.

I'm an Apple App Reviewer — where are the test credentials?

Test credentials are provided in App Store Connect under App Information → App Review Information → Notes. If you need anything else to complete the review, please email [email protected] and we'll respond same-day.
